The original Volkswagen LT interior is not the best - after driving a few hours in the original seat my back was killing me. My uncle Heiner was nice enough to sell me a Recaro seat that had heating, cooling, adjustable this and that which made life a lot better, this couple with the original "schwingsitz" is an excellent combination. I did have to install a slightly smaller Vanagon / T3 steering wheel to make getting in and out a little easier.
